Request a Free Web Account

Who can Request an Account?
Web accounts are available to WWCC students and employees on a per-request basis - meaning you need to sign up before you get one.

How long can I use my account?
You may use your free account for as long as you are an employee of WWCC or a student of WWCC.

How do you know if I am still a student or staff member?
To verify that you are still a student or employee, you will need to confirm your account at the end of each quarter through your WWCC email address. All students and employees are given an email address. You will need to register with your WWCC email address in order to qualify for a free web account.

What if I don't know my WWCC Email Address?

- For Students - Student Email accounts are created based on your registration information (Meaning that if you are a registered student you will have an email address). If you registered as "John J. Doe", then your WWCC email address would be "john.j.doe@wwcc.edu". However, if you registered as just "John Doe", then your email address would be "john.doe@wwcc.edu". Please make sure you can access your email account before registering for a web account. To access the WWCC Webmail, CLICK HERE.

- For Employees - Faculty and Staff email accounts are created based on your payroll information (meaning that if you are on the WWCC payroll then you will have an email address), and do not currently include your middle initial. If your name is "John J. Doe" then your WWCC email address would be "john.doe@wwcc.edu". Please make sure you can access your email account before requesting a web account. Why does WWCC offer free web accounts to students?
We are offering these free web accounts so that our students can put into real-world practice some of the things they learn here at WWCC. You can also use your account to post your online resume for employers, tell the world a little about yourself, show examples of your work (art, music, stories, poems, etc.), and whatever else you can think of! The web has unlimited possibilities!
